Former captain pleads guilty to charges

Rosalie Boudoin Toups, 76, a native and resident of Raceland, La., died on Thursday, August 25, 2016.
Mrs. Toups is survived by her husband of 58 years, Raymond J. Toups; children, Ray (Bonnie) Toups and Stacey (Todd) Pertuit; sisters, Earline (Freddie) Breaux and Sharon (Roland) Cressionie; three grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Burial will be held at a later date.
