Court bars Terrebonne from minority judge lawsuit

Roy Simon Thibodeaux, 83, a native and resident of Houma, La., died on Friday, May 6, 2016.
Mr. Thibodeaux was a proud U.S. Marine. He is survived by his children, Debbie (Eric) Trosclair, Susan (Bob) Brierre, Keith (Bob Domangue) and Kevin (Sharon) Thibodeaux; 15 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren. Burial is at Holy Rosary Cemetery.
