Shawn Harman, 41, a native and resident of Thibodaux, Louisiana passed away on Tuesday, January 29, 2019.

He is survived by his fiancee, Christie Robichaux; siblings, Dennis Harman, Kenneth D. Harman, Pam G. Latham, Derrick Harman, Eric L. Harman, Debbie V. Harman, Jessy LaLonde, Lois Harman, Arthur “Opey” Zimmer (Dawn), Kimberly Harman (Terry), Karl Zimmer (Rachel), Karla Hormell (Joshua), Brandon Harman (Celeste), Starlin Harman; Godson, Jacques Zimmer; numerous nieces and nephews including, Danny Harman, Sherri Etheridge, Shane Harman, Julie Harman, Amanda Schanzer, Terry Harman Jr., Karlee Vincent, Hunter Zimmer, Louis “Joey” Harman, Christopher Oncale, Johnathan Arceneaux, Brianna Hormell, Rae Harman, Emma Harman, Ava Grace Harman, Tristan Duplass, Kameron Duplass, Macie Harman, Lillie Miller, and Jacie Miller; and a host of great-nieces and great-nephews. He is also survived by his fiance’s children, Mason, Kyli, Kensy, and Violet, whom he loved as his own.


Shawn was a fun loving, hilarious, and very giving person who never met a stranger. He truly was a prankster who loved life and his family with everything he had. He had a flare for the arts and music. His free thinking spirit gave him the ability to tell great stories and leave his family and friends with many memories to share and remember him by. He will be greatly missed. Although his time on earth was short, he made a lasting impression on all who knew him.
