Sylvia B. Legendre, 82, a native of Thibodaux, La., and resident of Chackbay, La., died on Thursday, December 29, 2016.
Mrs. Legendre loved playing cards with her family, making trips to any casino and spending time with her cat, Susie.
She is survived by her children, Karen (Ben) Cortez, Josie Granier and Joseph Legendre Jr.; six grandchildren and four step-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren and 10 step-great-great-grandchildren.
Burial is at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Church Cemetery in Chackbay.
