Thomas “Cornbread” Plaisance, 52, a native of Raceland, La., and resident of Lockport, La., died on Saturday, October 22, 2016.

Mr. Plaisance is survived by his wife, Nicole Bergeron Plaisance; parents, Harvey and Bertha Plaisance; son, Andrew Plaisance; daughter, Allison (Colt) Tappan; sisters, Debbie (Jacques) Rotolo and Sandie (Chris) Dufrene; and one grandson.

Burial is at the Mennonite Church Cemetery in Des Allemands.
