Court bars Terrebonne from minority judge lawsuit

Tyler Marcel, 21, a native and resident of Lockport, La., died on Monday, May 9, 2016.
Mr. Marcel was an avid sportsman who loved fishing, hunting and playing all sports.
He is survived by his mother, Cassie Savoie Rogers; stepfather, Wade Rogers; father, Todd Marcel; brother, Tristan Luke Rogers; grandparents, Oray and Teala Savoie, Michael and Paulette Marcel, Terrance and Paulette Rogers; aunts, Hayley (Ryan) Beduze and Kelsey Savoie.
Burial is at Holy Savior Cemetery in Lockport.
