Valey Phillip Landry, 79, a native of Vacherie and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Aug. 10, 2015.
Mr. Landry was employed by Avondale Shipyard for 43 years.
Mr. Landry is survived by his wife, Cindy B. Landry; sons, Dale (Elise) and Jules Landry; daughters, Anne (Lucien) Ockmond, Emelie (Mike) Cortez, Delia (Terry) Kraemer; stepsons, John Duplass and Brandon (Melissa) Duplass; stepdaughter, Kristi Duplass; brother, Leo Landry; sister, Una Rodrigue; 11 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
