Victoria Guise, age 92, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Friday, December 14, 2018, at her residence. She was a native of Montegut and a resident of Chauvin.
Victoria is survived by her son, Chris Guise and wife, Laura; daughter, Mary Jane Authement; step-grandchildren, Tobi Elizabeth Mabile, and Rhea’Ann Mabile; and brother, Nolan Smith.
Victoria was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to many. She enjoyed listening to music and dancing with her friends and was proprietor along with her husband of the Silver Star Dance Hall. She was also a member of the Ward 7 Club and involved in Chauvin Mardi Gras. She is now reunited with her loving husband Arthur and now rests in the arms of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
