Sex offender charged with rape is Lafourche
Lafourche Pariah Sheriff Craig Webre announced the arrest of Timothy Falgout 34. of Larose for two counts of first degree rape an Friday. Sep tern ber 26,3018.
In late July 2018, juvenile detectives began investigating Falgout a registered ser offender; after learning of possible sexual abused a female child. Through further investigation, detectives learned Falgout al legedly forcefully raped two girls an more than one occasion Detectives then obtained warrants for his arrest.
On Friday, detectives made contact with Falgout. He was arrested and booked into the Lafourche Parish Detention Center on the warrants fin: two counts of First Degree Rape. His bond is set at $500,000.
Due to the nature of the allegations, no further information will be released on these crimes.
Falgout is a registered sex of fender due to a 2004 convict ion for Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile.

Agents snag drug dealer
Lafourche Parish Sheriff Craig Webre announced the arrest of Juanches Shelby. 39, of Cut Off an Thursday.
On Thursday, narcotics agents made contact with Shelby due to an outstanding warrant for Distribution of Methamphetamine amine, and he was taken into custody. Agents than executed a search warrant at Shelby’s Cut Off residence. During the search, agents located a variety of illegal narcotics, most of which was packaged in a manner commonly associated with the individual sale of narcotics. Agents also located a large sum of money in the pockets of several items of clothing, as well as multiple cell phones.
Shelby was hooted into the Lafourche Parish Detention Center in Thibodaux on the outstanding warrant for Distribution of Methamphetamine t amine He was additionally charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine. Heroin, and Crack Cocaine, as well as Possession of Marijuana, Tramadol. Hydrocodone. and Drug Paraphernalia. His bond is Set at $135,800.
