Nicholls education student aces national contest

Vivian M. Rebstock Friouyx, 95, a native of Golden Meadow, La., and resident of Galliano, La., died on Sunday, May 7, 2017.
Mrs. Friouyx is survived by her daughters, Gayle (Gerald) Plaisance and Roxanna Duet; three grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Burial is at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church Cemetery in Golden Meadow.
