Walter “Kata” Thomas Chabert, 88, a native and resident of Cut Off, La., died on Saturday, October 7, 2017.
Mr. Chabert is survived by his wife, Rose Bychurch Chabert; daughters, Mona (Casey) Curole, Sandy (Duke) Chabert and Cindy Lafont; brother, Leroy Chabert; and five grandchildren.
Burial is at Sacred Heart Catholic Church Cemetery in Cut Off.
