June 28, 2016Wayne Allen Cook Sr., 77, a native of Jackson, La., and resident of Houma, La., died at 9:06 a.m. on Wednesday, June 22, 2016.
Mr. Cook was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Pamela Anne Mahoney Cook; sons, Wayne Jr., Christopher (Rhonda) and Mark Cook; and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held in Mississippi.
