William Henry Theriot Sr., 86, a native of Paincourtville, Louisiana, and resident of Houma, Louisiana, died at 11:40 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2015.
Mr. Theriot was a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Cathedral. He was a dedicated nurse anesthetist, retiring after 42 years of service.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Beryl Bindewald Theriot; sons, William Jr. (Brooke), Stephen, Gregory (Kathy) and Walter (Sharon) Theriot; daughters, Cindy Myers, Julie (Ross) Hinkie, Sandra (David) Hebert and Nancy Theriot; 16 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Burial is at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2.
