Wilma Ann Hutt Belviy, 87, a native of Jeffersonville, Indiana, and resident of Houma, La., since 2012, died at 10:08 p.m. on Tuesday, April 12, 2016, after a long battle with Alzheimer’s Disease.

The youngest of 11 children and the mother of 10, Mrs. Belviy worked in a band. She enjoyed crocheting, ceramics, gardening and cooking. She attended St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church.


She is survived by her children, Donna (Randy) Knight; Gary (Karen), Sandra (Jerry) Van Lieu, Paul (Roberta) and Joseph Belviy; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and brother, George (Betty Ann) Hutt.

Burial is at Calvary Cemetery in Indianapolis.
