A reminder that our offices will be closed on Thursday and Friday to observe the Thanksgiv ing holiday. We will be back next Monday at our normal business hours, beginning at 8 a.m.
H.L. Bourgeois wins Woodlawn Tournament
The H.L. Bourgeois boys’ basketball team opened the year in stride. The Braves won the Woodlawn Tournament this past weekend, beating Helen Cox in the Championship game to score the title.
The Braves are now 3-0 on the season. They are currently expected to be one of the top teams in Class 5A during the 201617 season.
