From the Chackbay Volunteer Fire Department around 8:50 a.m.:
URGENT: Chackbay and Choctaw Volunteer Fire Department are on scene assisting Bayou Boeuf Volunteer Fire Department with a vehicle crash involving downed electrical lines and a natural gas leak in the 2600 block of Hwy 307.
The roadway is closed in both directions at this time.
