Rita Marie Adams Ledet, 89, a native and resident of Galliano, La., passed away Friday, June 12, at her residence.
She is survived by her sons, Jerry Ledet and wife Sylvia M., Donald Ledet and companion Mary, Ronnie Ledet and wife Marie, and Ray Ledet and wife Karen; daughters, Dinah Moore and husband Bob, and Cathy Flanagan and husband Mark; 11 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jessie A Ledet; parents, Eusehe Adams and Edna Gisclair Adams; brothers, Hursy Adams, Joseph Adams and Delvin Adams; sisters, Viola Toups and Carlyn Ann Ledet; and grandson, Brent Ledet.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday, June 14, and 8:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. Monday, June 15, at Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Galliano with entombment at Cheramie Cemetery.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
