Enoch “Earl” Fussell, 77, a native of Franklinton, LA. and resident of Houma, LA., died at 5:10 a.m. Sunday, March 4, 2007.


Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Falgout Funeral Home Chapel and from 4 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Brown McGehee Funeral Home in Bogalusa, LA. Religious service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with burial in Hillview Memorial Gardens in Pleasanthill, LA.

He is survived by his wife, Aline Stogner Fussell; one son, Michael Ray Fussell and wife, Linda; and three grandchildren, Catherine Mary Fussell, Pamela Marie Fussell and Karen Ann Fussell.


He was preceded in death by his parents, Alcee D. and Catherine Tyson Fussell; one brother, Huey P. Fussell; and five sisters, Margie Beard, Joy Blunt, Darlene Mizell, Ruth Mizell and Claudine Fort.

He was a U.S. Korean War veteran and a member of the American Legion Post No. 0401 of Baton Rouge, LA.
