Noah Paul Ordoyne Sr., 65, a native of Buras, LA. and resident of Dulac, LA., died at 4:12 a.m. Sunday, April 8, 2007.
Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. to funeral time Thursday at Chauvin Funeral Home. Religious service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in the St. Joseph Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Annie Eve Gregoire Ordoyne of Dulac; three sons, Noah Ordoyne Jr. of Wichita, Kan., William Ordoyne of Mississippi and Robert Ordoyne of TX.; one halfbrother, Clarence Delatte of Crown Pointe, LA.; 11 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie J. Ordoyne and Inez Cortez Ordoyne; two half-brothers, Morris Delatte and Norris Delatte; and one sister, Edith Olson.
He was a mason in the Marrero Lodge and a member of Clanton Chapel United Methodist Church.
