Name: Keierica Howard

Age: 22


Town: I am from Houma, but I am currently living in Atlanta to record music.

Family: A mix between the Harrell’s and the Howard’s.

Profession: I am an entertainer. I am an aspiring musician who wants to someday be a successful studio artist.


Hobbies: Doing hair for others who need theirs done. That’s something I’ve always done.

QUESTIONS:

What is a talent you have few people know about? I’m ambidextrous. I’m able to do a lot of day-to-day tasks with both my right and left hands. People tell me that’s impressive. It’s something I’ve always been able to do.


If you had to spend a year on a deserted island, what one thing would you take along? My mommy, Sally Howard. I know with her, no matter how bad the situation is, everything would be OK!

You’re a multi-million dollar lotto winner. What are you going to do? I’d make my dreams come true, as well as the dreams of all of the people that I love come true. I’d make sure to take care of all of the people that I love, as well as myself.

Who is your role model? Why? My mother. Like I said above, she is the best. My mom is the strongest person I know. She is such a hard working woman, and she is the best mom that I could have ever asked for.


If you were a superhero, who would you be and what would your super power be? I’d love to be able to read minds. That would be terrific. Of course, I’d love to know how to fly, too. I think that’s everyone, though.

TV show guilty pleasure? Martin

Proudest moment? My proudest moment is winning the Conference Championship in volleyball in the 2012 season. I went to Terrebonne High School and got to Atlanta via an athletic scholarship to play volleyball at Clark-Atlanta, where I am now a graduate.


What’s on your nightstand? Speakers and a candle.

How do you friends describe you? I’d like to think that they’d say that I’m hilarious. I love to make people laugh. I think I do a pretty good job of it. 

Describe your dream adventure? I’d love to go on an excursion and see the world. Traveling is an interest of mine, so to be able to do that is something that would really be pretty awesome and special to me.


I wish I could do ____________ better. Producing. That would let me be so much more efficient in the studio when I’m making music.

Describe your dream job. I’m living it. Being a musician is my dream.

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up? I wanted to be what I am today – a singer.


What was your best gift ever? The gift of song – a passion that burns bright in me every second of every day.
