Betty Deroche Dupre, 70, a native and resident of Bourg, La., died Thursday, August 21, at 6:47 p.m.

She is survived by her husband, Wickliff J. Dupre; daughter, Angel Patricia Dupre Edens; brother, Robert Deroche; and six grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter J. and Cecile Naquin Deroche; son, Timothy John Dupre Sr.; daughters, Patricia Ann and Eileen Marie Dupre; brothers, Alton, Leroy, Herbert and Carlton Deroche; and sisters, Christine D. Rankin and Leona Levron.

Visitation will be 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, August 29, at Samart Funeral Home of Houma, La.
