“David Hockney: Six Fairy Tales,” Through March 25. Presents 39 etchings Hockney produced in 1969 that focus on details n not major plot moments n from six fairy tales authored by Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm: “The Little Sea Hare,” “Fundevogel,” “Rapunzel,” “The Boy Who Left Home to Learn Fear,” “Old Rinkrank,” and “Rumplestilzchen.”
“Robert Warrens: Fiction & Fantasy,” Through March 25. Warrens’ narrative paintings and sculptures will be on display. Warrens has a reputation for portraying the ridiculous side of serious situations and incorporates fantastic elements in his work to show his subjects from unique perspectives.
