“Swoon’s Thalassa,” through Sept. 25. The 20-foot tall piece, inspired by the Greek goddess of the sea, depicts a monumental female deity with extended tentacles rising from the waters, her body comprised of colorful swathes of fabric and aquatic creatures.
“Read My Pins: The Madeline Albright Collection,” through Aug. 14. Exhibition explores the stories behind the former secretary of state’s pieces and their historical and artistic significance.
“Bookmarks: The Artist’s Response to Text,” through Nov. 28. The livre d’artiste rejects the 2-dimensional page, embracing unusual forms and shapes instead.
