The Coastal Technical Assistance Center (CTAC), a statewide program to assist Louisiana-based, small businesses in obtaining contracts with entities involved in the restoration and recovery efforts of coastal Louisiana, announces the hiring of Paige Gisclair as the new Program Coordinator. Gisclair’s appointment comes at a pivotal time as CTAC continues to expand its reach and enhance its impact across Louisiana.

“I am excited for the opportunity to continue pushing the CTAC program forward through building client relationships, partnerships, and overall resources available to our community. “It has been amazing to see the growth of our program over the past two years, and I look forward to being a part of what’s to come,” said Gisclair.

As the former Client Liaison for CTAC, Gisclair is well-prepared to guide the organization into its forthcoming stage of growth in her capacity as Program Coordinator. Having worked closely with Laci Melancon, CTAC’s previous Program Director, Gisclair’s dedication to building client relationships, expanding partnerships, and improving business resources in the coastal and water management sectors equips her to thrive in her new role.

Vic Lafont, CEO of the South Louisiana Economic Council that oversees CTAC, remarked, “Selecting Paige as Program Coordinator reflects our dedication to innovative direction and new insights in our work. Her methodical planning in program development and engaging the community aligns precisely with our goals at CTAC. With Paige at the helm, we’re poised for continued and meaningful support in our coastal regions.”
