Paul’s Agency is excited to welcome three new Client Service Managers to the Houma location: Jackie Benoit, Angelle Bourgeois and Gia Morris.

Jackie started her career in insurance as a high school student through the C.O.E program. Within her more than 30 years of experience, she acquired a property and casualty license, became an accident and health insurance agent, and now holds a CISR Elite designation. Angelle’s insurance career began in 2017 when she received her property and casualty license. Gia began her journey in insurance in 2013 and has experience in the marine vessel, oil and gas, equipment rental, control of well, and trucking insurance sectors.

All three women expressed excitement in joining the Paul’s Agency team. “I am excited to accept this position with Paul’s Agency to provide complete customer service to everyone I have an opportunity to work with. I hope to provide an impact with customer satisfaction, and to continue to excel in my insurance knowledge,” shared Jackie. Angelle shared a similar sentiment saying, “I’m excited to have joined the team here, everyone is welcoming and super nice. I look forward to what the future has in store for me with Paul’s!” When asked about her recent joining of the Paul’s team Gia shared, “Walking into Paul’s Agency you can feel the positive energy, how everyone is willing to help each other, and the importance of each and every insured.”

Our new Client Managers are all locals of the bayou region, and know and love our local community. Jackie is originally from Thibodaux, and currently resides in Chackbay with her husband and three sons. For Jackie, family is at the center of her life and she enjoys camping and making memories with them. Angelle is from Raceland and currently resides in Matthews. She enjoys embroidery, sharing sports with her kids, and spending time with her family — with two sons, two step sons, and two grandchildren. Also from Raceland, Gia has three children and four grandchildren. She also owns horses and competes in barrel racing with one of her daughters and granddaughters.

“Paul’s is extremely excited to welcome the talent and knowledge from our new team members. As we continue to grow our agency it is important to continue to give our customers the technical support they are accustomed to. We are really excited for the future of Angelle, Jackie and Gia, and we look forward to working with them. We can’t wait for our customers to meet them as well,” said Lance Trotti, Vice President of Paul’s Agency Houma Team.
