Calling all Star Wars fans! It’s time for the third annual Terrebonne Parish ‘May the 4th Be With You’ event on Thursday, May 4, 2023 from 5-9 p.m. at the Courthouse Square in Houma!
“This is our first time in Downtown Houma,” said one of the organizers of the event and co-owner of Zack’s Frozen Yogurt (where the event began), Randy Hawthorne. “We are really excited to put on this event again and want to thank Explore Houma for sponsoring it.”
‘May the 4th Be With You’ will be emcee’d by DJ Rhett, and will include live music from The Caniacs, an auction, and food available for purchase. There will also be photo ops with Star Wars characters, light saber demonstrations, face painting, and adult and kid costume contests– so come dressed as your favorite Star Wars character!
‘May the 4th Be With You’ is a family friendly and completely free event. All ages are welcome to attend.
