The Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government in partnership with the Bayou Country Sports Park is pleased to announce the inaugural Good Earth 4th of July Festival! The event is scheduled to take place on the afternoon of Tuesday, July 4, 2023 at the Bayou Country Sports Park in Houma.

“Parish President Gordon Dove and myself sat down and decided we wanted to try and start a new Independence Day festival in Terrebonne Parish this year,” said Bayou Country Sports Park Director Dean Schouest. “We want to bring some attention to the park and give everyone a good time. We are very excited for this event.” While the event is still in the early days of planning, there will definitely be live music, delicious food, and dazzling fireworks for everyone to enjoy!

The Good Earth 4th of July Festival will be completely free and open to the public.
