The Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office is asking for public help in information that leads to the arrest of the person responsible for a burglary at a lumber company in Cut Off.
On Feb. 6, 2018, detectives responded to Dufrene Building Materials in Cut Off in reference to an overnight burglary that had taken place.
Investigators determined that entry was made into an office on the property and several items were stolen, including tools, communication devices and computers – property valued at several thousands of dollars.
Surveillance cameras on the scene captured a heavily clothed white male suspect on video during the crime.
Anyone who can identify the suspect is asked to call Crime Stoppers Bayou Region at 1-800-743-7433. Information which leads to an arrest can net a $1,000 reward.
