A 19-year-old Houma man is out on bond after a Snapchat video prompted officers to arrest him on felony charges.
On Feb. 5, 2019, it was brought to law enforcement’s attention that a Snapchat video showed an underage female having consensual intercourse with more than one subject – an underage male and Jakob Francis, 19, of 108 Fresno Drive, Houma.
TPSO is not releasing the names of the two juveniles in the case.
An arrest warrant was issued for Francis and he turned himself to TPSO on March 11, 2019.
Francis was booked on one count of felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile and he was released after posting a $3,000 cash bond.
