A Thibodaux man is in custody of the Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office after a second teenage victim came forward and alleged that he engaged in a sexual encounter with her.
Duane Reisner, 43, of Thibodaux, was originally arrested on June 28, 2018, and was charged with felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile after detectives learned that he had sexual contact with a teenage girl.
Authorities investigated the incident and learned that two other adults were present at the time of the incident, which also led to the arrest of Brandy Guidry, 39, of Houma, on charges of felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile for also allegedly having sexual contact with the girl. Spencer Adams, 20, of Thibodaux, was also charged, for allegedly participating in lewd acts. He was charged with indecent behavior with a juvenile.
Authorities learned that alcohol was purchased and provided for the teenager, which caused all three to later be charged with contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.
Since the investigation into the first incident, authorities said a second female victim has come forward, claiming to have had an incident with Reisner.
Following an investigation, detectives obtained another warrant for the suspect’s arrest, additionally booking him with indecent behavior with a juvenile.
Reisner’s total bond is now set at $135,000.
