At 3 p.m. today, authorities confirmed that Kaegan Jude Solet was arrested near David Drive.
He is being booked on second-degree murder charges.

The Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office is looking for a Houma man on second-degree murder charges.
Authorities say that Kaegan Jude Solet, 39, was last seen in the Houma area. He is wanted for second-degree murder in the death of Kemple Paul Scott Lovell, which occurred on Jan. 9, 2019.
TPSO is asking for public help in the investigation.
Anyone with information regarding Solet’s whereabouts is asked to call detectives at (985) 876-2500.
Information which leads to an arrest may net a cash reward.
