Local bands could be under a national microscope

From the grapevine to your eye, this is the rumor mill. I’ve scoured deep down to the depths of my musical connections for this one. Some interesting inquiries regarding unsigned Houma talent have recently been made, according to a reliable source. The original artists of this city are a diverse and talented bunch. It is only logical that someone would eventually take interest in not just one but a few of these acts. Goals are to put the talent into the studio and then eventually onto the road for tour. 

To all my musically-inclined readers, these people could be at your next show. You could be the pure raw Houma talent that they’re looking for. I hope for the best for everyone, and I know that success can and is bound to happen. Houma’s music scene has always been an extremely good one. It’s about time the rest of the world realizes it.
