October 5, 2007At Southdown Plantation House/The Terrebonne Museum, 1208 Museum Drive. Patterned after the traditional bayou community fairs and festivals, it will feature the original cooks from the legendary Lagniappe on the Bayou Festival in Chauvin, who will prepare their specialties. Other groups and organizations involved in coastal education, awareness and lobbying efforts will also be on hand. Tab Benoit, Louisiana LeRoux and others will provide musical entertainment.
