Come have a good ol’ time at the delta or Cajun music jam sessions held weekly at the Jean Lafitte’s Wetlands Acadian Cultural Center in Thibodaux and the Bayou Terrebonne Waterlife Museum in Houma.

Every Monday at 5:30 p.m., delta tunes trickle from the Wetlands Acadian Cultural Center’s building, while Cajun jam sessions are heard from 10 a.m. to noon, every first and third Saturday of the month. Musicians are encouraged to bring an instrument to join in the fun, while music lovers are invited to simply sit back and enjoy.

On Tuesday evenings, from 5:30 to 7 p.m., the Bayou Terrebonne Waterlife Museum hosts its own Cajun band jam session. The cost to attend is $1.
