‘Tea-rific’ time set for Mother’s Day

Tea is on the table. All that’s missing for South Lafourche Public Library’s Mother’s Day “Tea-rific” Storytime is moms, grandmothers and their young offspring.

In celebration of Mother’s Day, the library is hosting a Mother’s Day tea party on Tuesday, May 5, beginning at 5:30 p.m.

There will be stories, tea and cookies and quality time with mom and her little ones.

The program is free and open to the public.

The library is located at 16241 E. Main St., in the same shopping center as Burger King and Hibbett Sports.
