It’s no secret who the Lafourche Parish District Attorney’s office is rooting for in the National Championship game on Monday.

District Attorney Kristine Russell and her office partnered up with special guest Mrs. CoCo Orgeron to produce an LSU fan hype video that is taking the internet by storm!

“When Parish President Archie Chaisson III issued the challenge to ‘Paint the Parish Purple & Gold’, we knew we had to answer,” shared Russell. “Coach O represents all of us in Lafourche. We’re passionate, determined, and resilient just like him, and we are extremely proud of him. We wanted to show our support, plus we got to spend time with CoCo, who is a blast to be around. Now all that’s left is for LSU to take home the championship – WE READY!”

Along with Mrs. CoCo, various members of the D.A.’s can be seen lacing up their cleats, showing off their best Heisman trophy impersonation and practicing their pass plays.

The video can be viewed in its entirety here: LPDA – LSU2019 Video.

When asked to her her thoughts on the final score, Russell had this thought to share: “We have to give Clemson their respect as an organization. They’re a good football team, but I believe Coach O and the LSU Tigers are going to come out on top. I’m predicting LSU – 43 and Clemson – 24!”
