Local Spinal Aid franchise to be at Springtacular

The Spinal Aid Center will host an informative clinic at the Bayou Kids Springtacular Saturday.

The event will be held at the Evergreen Cajun Center in Gray.

Dr. Bryan Dufrene, D.A.B.C.O., of Spinal Aid Centers of America, will provide information on a new breakthrough in pain relief that he vows requires no drugs or surgery.

The treatment is designed to relieve chronic back pain in patients with herniated discs, according to the American Academy of Pain Management.

Dufrene, who operates out of the Raceland Spinal Aid Center, has infomercials airing on a local cable channel that highlight the alternative to invasive procedures. Spinal decompression works with special computer-assisted equipment to eliminate pressure that builds up, helping to alleviate pain, Dufrene said
