H. L. Bourgeois High School announces new principal

Terrebonne Parish School District is pleased to announce Matthew Hodson will join the district as Supervisor of Human Resources. Hodson served as principal of H.L. Bourgeois High School for nearly a decade, with over 20 years of experience as an educator.
Hodson has taught generations of students in the bayou region, teaching and serving as an assistant principal at Central Lafourche High School, Lockport Middle School, and Larose-Cut Off Middle School,
“Congratulations to Mr. Matthew Hodson, who has been named Supervisor of Human Resources for Terrebonne Parish School District. We thank him for his nine and a half years of service as principal of H. L. Bourgeois and wish him luck in his new position. The next principal of H. L. Bourgeois High School will be named later in the week,” reads a statement from H.L. Bourgeois High School.
