Beautiful weather, live music and tailgating lured workers out of the office for the afternoon to donate a toy for needy children. Master Gunnery Sgt. Linwood Liner, representing the U.S. Marine Corps and Toys for Tots, said by midday many people had already stopped by to donate a gift and hoped to fill a semi-truck trailer by the day’s end. KCIL 107.5 FM, KXOR Rock 106.3 FM, 96.7 The River and KJIN 1490 AM ESPN Radio simulated live from the parking lot of Wal-Mart off of Martin Luther King Drive, giving away prizes to listeners who stopped by with a toy.
