A former resident of Raceland, Bradley was the target of an investigation conducted by the Lafourche Parish Drug Task Force, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration and the Terrebonne Parish Narcotics Task Force.

Bradley is an upper-level drug dealer, having supplied numerous mid-level dealers in Lafourche Parish, Weidel said. “He’s someone we’ve had under surveillance for a long time,” the spokesman said. “In recent months, we began concentrating our efforts to apprehend him. During the investigation, law enforcement agents recovered approximately 200 grams of crack cocaine and 125 grams of cocaine with a street value of $32,500, he said. Agents also seized approximately $40,000 in cash, and a 2003 Cadillac CTS.

Weidel said the investigation focused primarily on Bradley’s drug activities in central and south Lafourche Parish. On Nov. 14, however, he said the sting shifted to Bradley’s Houma residence.

Bradley was recently released from prison on a prior state drug charge, Weidel said. He is currently on parole with the state’s Probation and Parole. Weidel said Bradley was processed at the St. Charles Parish Correctional Center. In addition to the federal charges, Bradley has a hold issued by state District Judge F. Hugh Larose on state probation violations. No bond has been set, Weidel said.
