Amy “Taunt Mae” T. Billiot, 81, a native of Larose, La., and resident of Grand Bois, La., died Wednesday, April 23, 2014.
Mrs. Billiot enjoyed gardening, family gatherings, dancing, casinos and bingo.
She is survived by her children, Emmie, Maxine, Harris Jr., Rickey, Donna, Dave and Allen Billiot, Nancy Scott and Amanda O’Guin; brother, Phillip Nacio; sister, Joan Deshazo; 14 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harris Billiot Sr.; parents, Baptiste Nacio and Victoria Billiot; daughters, Patsy and Shirley Billiot; brothers, Jean, Anthony and Normand Nacio; sisters, Marie Boudreaux, Antoinette Carnes and Lenore Atchley; and two grandchildren.
Burial is at Holy Rosary Catholic Church Cemetery. (Samart-Mothe)
