Angelina Bourgeois

Angelina Bourgeois, 68, a native of Thibodaux, La., and resident of Donner, La., died at 1:13 p.m. Friday, Oct. 7, 2011.

Mrs. Bourgeois was an Avon representative for 30 years. She was a parishioner of St. Lawrence Catholic Church where she was a member of the choir.

She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Jerry Bourgeois Sr.; daughter, Donna (Timmy) Redmond; son, Jerry Bourgeois Jr.; mother, Josephine Battaglia; sister, Catherine Rodrigue; brothers, J.C. and Peter Battaglia; and two grandsons.

She was preceded in death by her father, John Battaglia Jr.; and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John Battaglia Sr. and Mr. and Mrs. Peter Maggio.

Burial was at St. Lawrence Catholic Cemetery. (Thibodaux)
