Anna D. “MaMa” Daggs, 83, a native and resident of Belle Rose, La., died Thursday, April 30.
She is survived by her daughters, Margaret Dandridge and husband Carlton Simon, Barbara Daggs and Cynthia Daggs, all of Belle Rose; sons, Warren Sr. and wife Sylvia Lewis, Elray and wife Connie Daggs, and Andrew Jr. and wife Vonzell Daggs, all of Belle Rose; 20 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Daggs Sr.; parents, Pleas and Albertha G. Dandridge; three sisters; three brothers; two sisters-in-law; and four brothers-in-law.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to funeral time Saturday, May 9, at Greater Israel Baptist Church with burial to follow at the church cemetery.
Williams and Southall Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
