Benjamin Pierre Chabert, age 16, passed away on Wednesday, January 30, 2019. He was a native and resident of Houma, LA.
Benjamin is survived by his mother, Sarah Elizabeth Stathes Chabert; brothers, Jacob C. Chabert and wife, Lila and baby Isabel, and Samuel “Sam” J. Chabert; grandparents, Herbert “Herb” Stathes and wife, Jane Thompson Stathes, and Barbara “Bobbi” Chabert; aunt and uncle, Adele Thompson and husband, Tim and their children, Tyler and wife, Kaitlynn, Todd and wife, Stephanie, Michael and fiancé, Lexie, Katherine “Kate”, Eric and wife, Amanda Stathes and their children, Spiro, Sophia, and Lily, and Debra Griffin and husband, Ray and family; and life time care giver and family, Betty Williams.Ben enjoyed hunting and was an avid fisherman. He was Junior at Terrebonne High School. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
