Bertrand Hadley, 56, a native and resident of Raceland, LA., died Tuesday, December 19, 2006.


Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. to funeral time Friday at Morning Star Baptist Church in Raceland. Religious Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday at the Church with burial in the Church Cemetery.


He is survived by his father, Eddie Hadley Jr.; one daughter, Kristy Tony of Baton Rouge, LA.; three brothers, Ronald Hadley and wife, Joyce of Raceland, Daniel Hadley and wife, Gilda of Fayetteville, North Carolina, and Jeffery Hadley of Kileen, Texas; six sisters, Emelda Hadley of Korea, Tammy Celestine and Gertrude Hadley of Raceland, and Mildred Angela Hadley, Deidre Hadley and Esther M. Hadley of Kileen, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Mildred Hadley; one brother, Claude Hadley; grandparents, Eddie Sr. and Loretta Hadley and Lem and Lavania Davis.

He was a member of Morning Star Baptist Church.

Kennedy Funeral Home of Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
