Bobby E. Trotter, 81, a native of Shreveport, La., and a resident of Houma, La., died Friday, March 6, at 5:05 p.m.
He is survived by his brother, Middleton “Don” H. Trotter; numerous nieces and nephews; friend, Catherine Simon and husband Huey; and caregivers, Bonnie, Barbara, Lisa, Lori and Crystal.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Cody Trotter Sr. and Annie Helen Mcjmsey Trotter; and brothers, Cody Trotter Jr. and Galen Trotter.
He served in the U.S. Army during World War II in Germany and the Korean War. He was retired from McDermott in Amelia.
