Bobby Ray Brown, 74, a native of Pampa, Texas and resident of Morgan City, La., died Saturday, March 31, 2012.
Mr. Brown was a gentle and loving husband, father and grandfather to his family and took good care of them. He enjoyed spending time outdoors hunting and fishing and appreciating God’s gifts.
He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Barbara Brown; daughters, Amy (Ray) Sosa, Sonia Ducote, Patty (Marty) Robicheaux and Jamie (Tim) Bollhalter; sons, Glen Jr. (Mary), Roland and David Ghirardi; brother, Dillon Brown; 20 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dillon and Marie Brown; brothers, Jimmy, Dual and Billy Brown; and sisters, Betty and Alexia Childers.
Burial was at Morgan City Cemetery. (Twin City)
