Brenda Dickey

Brenda “Bren” Ann Naquin Dickey, 62, a native of Pointe-aux-Chenes, LA. and resident of Houma, LA., died Tuesday, March 13, 2007.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Friday at Samart Funeral Home of Houma. Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Garden of Memories cemetery.

She is survived by three brothers, Godfrey Naquin and wife, Betty, of Ocala, Fla., Buvince Naquin and wife, Josie, of Houma and Lionel Naquin Jr. and wife, Donna, of Dulac, LA.; two sisters, Rose Boudreaux of Bourg, LA. and Gertrude “Tutti” Naquin of Bourg; numerous nieces and nephews; and special nephew, Earlin “Tony” Boudreaux.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecile N. Dickey; her parents, Lionel Naquin Sr. and Cena Naquin Naquin; one brother, Murphy Naquin; and two sisters, Pauline Naquin Schouest and Ellen Naquin.

Samart Funeral Home of Houma is in charge of the arrangements.
