Carol Ann Trosclair, 48, a native of Houma, La., and a resident of Gibson, La., died Monday, May 19.
She is survived by her husband, John Trosclair, III of Gibson; mother-in-law, Ira Lee Brown of Houma; daughter, Jamekia Trosclair of Gibson; step-daughters, Rene Veal of Houma and Tabitha Matthews; brothers, Lionel and wife Gina Thomas of Houma, Bruce Thomas of Las Vegas, Nev. and Wayne Thomas of Gibson; sisters, Carmen and husband Jimmy Jacobs of Houma, Sharon LaGarde of Baton Rouge, La. and Crissie and husband James Ray of Gibson.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lionel and Dorothy Watson Thomas; and father-in-law, John Trosclair, II.
She was Baptist.
Visitation will be 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Saturday, May 24, at St. Luke Baptist Church in Waterproof, La., with the funeral service to follow. She will be buried at the church cemetery.
Community Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
