June 28, 2011Catherine F. Allemand, 80, a native of Lockport, La., and resident of Cut Off, La., died at 5:42 a.m. Sunday, June 26, 2011.
She is survived by her sons, Kim and Kevin Allemand; stepdaughter, Betty Allemand; sisters, Thelma (James) Alario and Patsy (Donavan) Toups; 12 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Allemand; parents, Leo Sr. and Mathilde Foret; and brother, Leo Foret Jr.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 28 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery. (Samart-Mothe)
